They won a minority thanks to small towns in Ontario and a few Quebec votes. Always makes me laugh that the cities who will probably get hurt the most by conservatives always end up voting for them (Whitby, Oshawa, etc).
Anyhoo, don't waste anymore money in Thailand since everything is going to be so much cheaper now that the GST is only 6%! Woohoo!
Alberta was a clean sweep! One solid blanket of beautiful Tory Blue! Tears of blissful joy streak down my cheeks (leaving actual streaks because you know we never bathe in Alberta).
He'll cut it becuase he has no choice. it was his first big campaign promise. I'm sure they'll just reduce a bunch of social services to pay for it.....Either way, I'd much rather pay $4 less for an iPod than have free health care.
The toe pic was cool. That thing didn't even look real.
They didn't win single riding in Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver? Wonder how long this will last..but hey at least the 2 seperatist parties (Bloq/Reform) will be working together...(shiver)
So yah the toe..I'm really squemish on this stuff, but it was soo cool and round and shiney after it popped, that I had to take a pic of it. At the point of popping I was just feeling a lot of pain so I pressed lightly on the side of my toe and voila..it didn't hurt at all, actually the pain subsided. This was the coolest it looked, after this it was just gross..also for you Toe enthusiasts..it was so think that I lifted up walked to the bed, picked up a camera and it stayed in this perfect form.
Shelby!!!!!!! Olivia finally won..nice...as for living vicariously..Mel and I are planning another one in a few years..:)..right now it's a pipe dream..but they usually end up coming true
Aaron..glad to see you guys in the west finally wrestled away some power .. I figure after Harper screws up(usually by opening his mouth) we'll have another 12 years of Liberal rule, first cleaning up the mess and then.... you know running a prosperous country :P
